Every year in New Hampshire, wildlife-vehicle collisions put both drivers and animals at risk. UNH researchers, with support from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, are tackling the problem — identifying collision hotspots and developing solutions that help wildlife cross safely without entering roadways. The result: safer roads for motorists and better outcomes for wildlife across the state.
